Company re-brands ahead of expansion plans

THE business has rebranded to reflect ambitious expansion plans into new areas of www.yomylife.org East Yorkshire.

Owner and Principal dentist Jason Spence has re-branded the two private dental practices, Beverley’s Edward House, and Brough Dental  Studio, as East Yorkshire Dental Studios (EYDS).

Jason has decided on the re-brand as part of his plans to become one of the county’s largest dental businesses.

With thousands of patients registered between the two locations, Jason is already the biggest Denplan dentist in Chopard Replica East Yorkshire, with more patients on the dental payment plan than any other locally.

He is now looking at existing practices and locations for the opening of his next dental studio.

Said Jason, who is also principal dentist for EYDS: “The re-brand is all about promoting ourselves as a group of practices, which will be expanded to incorporate new practices in the future.

“We are already the largest Denplan dentist in the area and we are currently looking at acquiring new premises.”

Edward House, in Railway Street, Beverley, has more than 3,500 patients, and the Brough practice, in Welton Road, has around 2,000.

Jason added:omega replica uk “We’ve been running a successful business for several years, but we are now bringing them together under one group name.”

To tie in with the re-brand, the company is also undergoing a re-launch of its website.

Best foot forward for charity

DENTISTS and dental nurses from a chain of surgeries in East Yorkshire will set out on a 13-mile charity hike in a bid to raise thousands for a cancer charity.

Around 20 members of staff from East Yorkshire Dental Studios (EYDS) are embarking on the fundraiser after a dental nurse lost two close relatives to cancer in the past four years.

Louise Bean, 24, has single-handedly raised more than Chopard replica watches £2,500 previously through fundraising events, but now her colleagues are joining in with her latest event.

Louise, a dental nurse from Hutton Cranswick, said: “I have done events in the past, but this is the first time all my colleagues will be helping.

“ I am so touched that they’re willing to do this. Nearly everyone I work with either knows someone who is fighting the illness, or has lost someone already, so it means a lot to all of us.”

They will set off from Beverley on September 1, and walk 13 miles on the Beverley Beaver Trail, finishing in Walkington. Louise is hoping to raise at least £1,000.

All the money raised is being donated to the Yorkshire Cancer Research, as Louise wanted the funds to remain and be spent in the region.

Louise, who is based at EYDS’s Beverley branch, Edward House, said: “I like the idea of the money staying local, there are so many people in the region suffering from cancer.

“When my relatives were ill, we had amazing help from the Marie Curie cancer nurses, they came at night to sit with them so that other family members caring for them could sleep, they made a huge difference.

“It’s not until something like this happens that you realise how amazing the nurses at Marie Care really are.”

Staff from all three branches of EYDS will take part, including Edward House, Brough Dental Studio, and Hedon Dental Practice.

Said Louise: “I’m going to practice the route alone first, as I don’t want us to get lost. I’ve not done any specific training but I walk my dog, so I’m pretty fit. A lot of the staff do keep fit, so we should manage it without too many problems.”

EYDS’ Managing Director Jason Spence, who is also taking part in the hike, said: “We are thrilled to be helping Louise by joining her on this fundraising initiative, and we hope to exceed her expectations by raising well over £1,000.

“It’s a cause very close to her heart, and we are very pleased that we can support her in this way.”

There are sponsor forms at all three of the firm’s dental practices, and people can also donate by going online, at www.justgiving.com/eyds
